Ongoing monitoring of legal regulation, media, and the political landscape enables us to anticipate planned developments early on – from potential risks to emerging opportunities. Monitoring of European Union initiatives and the presence of Rud Pedersen Group representatives in Brussels provide the opportunity to prepare for and engage in early-stage policy-making discussions.
Ewelina Dobrowolska
Ewelina has experience in advocacy, legislation, and policy practice. Before joining Fabula, E. Dobrowolska served as the Minister of Justice and was also elected as a Member of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania. She began her political career at the Vilnius City Municipality as a member of the Council, having previously represented public and client interests in court cases and through collaboration with non-governmental organizations.
Gintautas Dulskas
Gintautas has nearly 20 years of consulting experience in public affairs, strategic communication, and crisis management. Before joining Fabula as a Senior Public Affairs Consultant, he gained experience in both the private and public sectors. His areas of expertise include market analysis and strategy, stakeholder mapping, risk assessment, strategic advisory and support. Currently, he focuses on advising group defense clients and collaborating with local industry groups.
